Pay Attention

A podcast exploring spirituality, meaning, and the deeper questions of being human.

Welcome

Every week, we explore the questions that often go unasked.

Through conversations about spirituality, psychology, medicine, philosophy, and everyday life, Pay Attention invites listeners to slow down, notice more deeply, and discover what it means to live with greater awareness and intention.

These aren't conversations about having all the answers.

They're invitations to pay closer attention.

Episode 1: Why Pay Attention?

We live in a world overflowing with information and increasingly short on attention. In this opening episode of Pay Attention, Kyle explores why attention may be one of the most important—and overlooked—dimensions of a meaningful life.

Drawing from his experience as a healthcare chaplain and spiritual director, Kyle reflects on what moments of suffering, uncertainty, and profound human vulnerability can teach us about presence, meaning, and what it means to truly notice.

This first conversation is an invitation to slow down, become more attentive, and begin asking a simple question:

What might I notice if I were willing to pay attention?
