About Kyle

Calm and steady.
Grounded and attentive.

When I ask people who know me well, they often describe me in ways that hold both presence and openness.

I offer a space to slow down and reflect on your life—
what feels present, what’s shifting, and what may be asking for your attention.

There’s no pressure to arrive at answers.

Only a shared process of paying attention—
to what is already here,
and to what may be quietly emerging.

This work is not about fixing,
but about paying attention together.

Over time, I’ve come to trust that meaningful movement doesn’t come from urgency,
but from attention.

My work is shaped by:

• experience in hospital settings, accompanying people through moments of uncertainty, transition, and loss

• experience as a first responder, meeting people in moments of urgency, vulnerability, and immediate need

• formal study and training in psychology, philosophy, theology, spiritual care, and spiritual direction

• an ongoing commitment to listening, reflection, and continued formation

I come to this work with a deep respect for the complexity of people’s lives— and a belief that something meaningful can emerge when there is space to listen.
